Responsible for the coordination of all technical services for the Gwinnett University Center, a collaboration between Georgia Perimeter College and the University of Georgia. Services include media and multimedia support, desktop support, instructional technology, computer classroom/lab support, and networking. Instructional Technologist,  January 1999 - April 2001

Responsible for supporting faculty on two of Georgia Perimeter College's five campuses in the arena of technology used for instruction. Services include consulting with faculty to determine which technologies to use as well as the instruction of how to best utilize those technologies. Also serve as WebCT Administrator for all five campuses.

Instructional Services Coordinator,  June 1997 - January 1999

Provide training for faculty in all aspects of distance learning technologies. Training includes operation of the GSAMS equipment, incorporation of multimedia technologies in teaching, design and implementation of WebCT courses (both as an entire Internet-based course and as a supplement to traditional or GSAMS courses). Serve as the WebCT administrator. Maintain departmental budget. Prepare slide shows for departmental presentations.
